2008 - November 22nd - Another Thanksgiving Dinner Celebrated with The Kims!!!

We were really lucky this year to have two Thanksgiving meals at our home. Ed came back from his Germany business trip with the great news that he had been invited back as a keynote speaker for the German Auto Industry convention. The catch was that it falls on our Thanksgiving Day. This is such a great honor that we all insisted that he return and give his presentation. So, whal-la, we had a pre-Thanksgiving feast with the Kims, Ed & Carrie with Ed's parents Paul and Kay.

We decided that this special celebration would include Ed's favorite dressing (stuffing) so he would not miss out on that. But to add a little interest, we had two roast ducks rather than turkey.
