Fun and excitement continue on Day 3 of the kids' vacation. Everyone decided that the theater movie would be Disney's "G-Force". We headed out for the noon showing. It is a cute movie about Guinea Pigs who are recruited by the FBI for undercover work. They have been fitted with speech devices so that they can communicate with humans. It is really action packed and presented in 3-D! The company that does 3-D has brought that into a whole new clarity; no more red and blue glasses but a new improved grey version. It was GREAT!
We had to have some popcorn and soda for the movie!
Then in the afternoon it was shopping time for school back-packs, Kendall chose a savvy polka-dot circle bag. Jordan went with Mickey Mouse. Mikayla picked Tinkerbelle for her choice. And, Ethan decided on the Star Wars Clone Wars back-pack. As long as out, everyone also got a new jacket for the chiller mornings waiting for the school bus. Both Kendall and Jordan picked out different versions of Tink while Mikayla went with Ariel and Ethan, Mickey Mouse.
Evening games were played and coloring done. Auntie Carrie and Uncle Ed picked up Kendall and Jordan to sleep the night with them and then spend tomorrow on a fun-filled day. Mikayla and Ethan get the day with the Grandparents by themselves. We have some fun adventures planned. We will all meet for dinner tomorrow night and switch the kids for Saturday night and all day Sunday. They will all return for Sunday night here before going back to Perris on Monday. Ethan picked out our movie for the night, "Toy Story Two". The four of us enjoyed watching it before hitting the beds.
The small album is here.
