2013 - August 18th - Celebrating Sandra's Birthday and at home with Jane, Andy, Zoe and Sam

It's nice way to start anyone's day is with a slice of Ray's homemade, home baked bread! Really enjoyed this treat daily for breakfast.

Today is Sandra's Birthday, one of the mile-stone ones! So young looking and acting ... wonderful! Sandra had planned the family dinner with all for us on the 15th whilst at the same time Jane and Sara were planning the surprise birthday luncheon for Sandra at the same time. There were times that Ray said he had to think which one was being talked about and who knew about it! It was so gracious of the family to include us in this wonderful afternoon. So again, our humble thanks to all for including us in this great celebration.

Leaving The Lazy Toad, we went to Jane and Andy's where Sam showed us all of his "critters" ... from newly hatched lizards, Mom & Dad lizard, all kinds of chickens, ducks, and both his and Zoe's guinea pigs. Sam's quite the "farmer man"!

                 

We had a great afternoon and got to catch-up with Zoe and Sam from the family dinner that they missed. There are some additional pictures in this photo album link are worth a glimpse.
