Today we drove up to Pico Boulevard in LA to have lunch at The Apple Pan - #17 in 100 Things To Do In Los Angeles Before You Die. Carrie's review was right-on spot ... delicious burgers and wonderful fries accompanied by a can of your favorite drink served in the old fashioned paper cone cup inserted in the metal holder. As it's Tuesday and we arrived at 1:15, there was no line. By the time we were finished, all the stools at the U-shaped counter were occupied. We finished off with a slice of warm apple pie a-la-mode! Delish!!!
