2009 - May 26th-June 2nd - Our Florida Vacation

After graduations, we leisurely enjoyed Florida for a couple of days. We hit Downtown Disney but didn't have time to go to any of the parks. The Orlando Downtown Disney has so much more than our Anaheim Downtown Disney that we are always jealous. We wandered through shops and adsorbed it all.

We ate at the Rain Tree Café as it has been several years since were in one last. We sat next to a rain wall but didn't even get a little bit splattered. Loved the new bar stools to park your butt at! It would have been worth a drink to choose a seat there.

We wanted to take Freddy & Val out for a graduation dinner. Fred had left for Montana so could not join us. We ate at the Fishbones Restaurant by International Drive. The meals were superb and the company the best!

We couldn't leave without giving the three girls who absolutely run the house some recognition. Tootsie Roll is the 14 year old miniature doxie who is still the Queen of the house. She's a little greyer and takes more time to scale up on the furniture, but can hear like the dickens. Sophie is Freddy's new Chocolate Brown Lab that thinks she's Tootsie's size. She's a lover! And Carolina is Valerie's Beagle that she got when in North Carolina at college. Sophie and Carolina play until they are exhausted; Tootsie watches while she rests!
